NANCI FORBES
Director of Human Resources 
Nanci joins the Pridemark Team with four years of medical social work experience and 20 years with a large insurance company. The past 12 years, she has been in Human Resources. She has extensive experience and is considered a subject matter expert in the areas of Employee Relations and Performance Management. Additionally, she has years of general management experience and a specific expertise in the development of training programs for management teams. Nanci is a graduate of the University of Delaware and is proud to be a “Fightin Blue Hen”. When not working, Nanci enjoys entertaining friends and family, which includes her husband Rick and son, Geoffrey, and playing in the snow!

Tom Radcliffe
Information Technology Manager
Tom ran his first ambulance call in 1976 in Seattle, Washington. After 12 years he became a dispatcher and quickly moved up to Director of Communications. He worked for Careline as the Director of Deployment Systems, installing computer aided dispatch systems all over the country. He worked as the Great Lakes Regional Director of IT for AMR. He left AMR as the National Director of IT Support Services to start his own web design business. But he found he really missed the medical transportation business and became the first IT Manager for Pridemark in August, 2006.

Deb Moulton
Billing Supervisor
Deb has worked in customer service for over 25 years. She has managed accounts receivable, refinancing and customer service departments in Colorado, Arizona, and Nebraska. Deb came to EMS and Pridemark in 2005 in the insurance follow-up department.
MICHAEL W. DONNER
President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael Donner (Mike Donner) began his EMS career in 1982 as an EMT with a small private ambulance service in Southern California. In 1983 he attended the Santa Ana College fire academy where he earned a Firefighter I designation, then graduated from Daniel Freeman Hospital’s Paramedic Program in 1985. He worked as both a paramedic and a firefighter until 1989. In 1990 he was hired to run a small ambulance company that was acquired by LifeFleet Ambulance, and in 1992 he was promoted to Corporate Risk Manager for LifeFleet.
After LifeFleet was sold in 1994, Mike took a year off to play golf. In late 1995, he re-entered the ambulance industry as Regional Risk Manager for MedTrans, and was transferred to their Denver operation. After the announced merger of MedTrans and AMR in early 1997, he partnered with Jeff Forster and a few other individuals to form Pridemark.
In addition to the certifications mentioned above, Mike has an Associate’s degree in Public Safety/Fire Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Gaylene Kabel
Director of Patient Accounts
Gaylene has over 27 years in EMS and has extensive experience in all aspects of patient billing including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and municipal and hospital contracts. Her expertise is founded on her employment with multiple EMS agencies. This brings great diversity in her ability to enhance various billing processes and find unique solutions for issues that may arise. During her off time, she and husband, Mark, along with their two sons, Jack and Johnny, are avid sports fans. Gaylene and Mark were one of the first couples married on home plate at Coors Field seven years ago.
Deb Schiferl
Billing Services Account Manager
How to start? We call her "Red”. Deb is a redheaded, boot-scoot’n, county girl who fell into the EMS industry almost nine years ago and hasn’t left since. Her background is actually quite eclectic, having worked in a few industries, but most are linked by a common theme: customer service. Deb is exited to be part of a growing company such as Pridemark Paramedic Services and Pridemark Billing Services. In her words, "How could I not when the goal is to provide excellent customer service both in the field and in the office?!"

Stephanie Louzon
Pre-Bill and Data Entry Supervisor
Stephanie started her EMS career with AMR as a call taker handling non-emergent and emergent transportation requests. She has worked as a dispatcher and supervisor in a communications center. Stephanie obtained the EMD-Q certification and audited EMD calls along with supervising and dispatching and became the Communications Manager during her last three years at American Medical Response (AMR). She joined Pridemark Paramedic Services and worked as Communications Manager for a little over a year and transitioned into the Billing Department, where she supervises the pre-bill and data-entry departments.
ROBERT DURKIN
Director of Business Development
Robert has worked in the EMS industry for more than 17 years, starting in communications in Florida. He worked as a dispatch manager for Automated Dispatch Services in Miami, an operation that provided more than 5000 emergency and non-emergency medical transports daily. He was a co-founder of Pinpoint Technologies which has become Zoll Data Systems. As vice president of sales and marketing he helped grow Pinpoint Technologies from a four-person start-up to a $16 million company with clients in four countries by the time they merged with Zoll Medical. He has consulted around the country on ambulance operations, dispatch methodologies and technologies, System Status Management (SSM), System Status Planning (SSP), and organizational workflow.
